Get Your Happy ON!

March 20 is International Happiness Day. For the month of March, Access Consciousness facilitators and practitioners around the world will be offering special intro classes to share tools to help YOU get YOUR Happy On. How does it get better than that?

In addition to a Free Bars Clinic and an introductory class Embracing Your Difference (see flier below) Saturday March 9 at Staunton’s new Shenandoah LGBTQ Center, I’ll be offering the 1 day Access Bars Practitioner Training March 16th.

Conversations with the Earth

As I continue my own conversation with the earth, I have been guided to invite you to share in that conversation…and perhaps begin, or deepen, your own conversation with the earth.

If this series sounds of interest to you, zip me an email or message me on facebook. Let me know what questions you have and what time and platform would work for you. My thought is a Friday or Monday morning (yes, Aurora means “Goddess of the Dawn”). I’m still working out the details…perhaps start with a free one hour video chat. After that, 30 minute weekly telecalls and 1 hour monthly video chats.

Earth Community Celebration!!! 11/10-11/18

I am so grateful to this Earth, to this Shenandoah Valley that called me here 15 years ago, and to all who have received me and contributed to my life since then and to those who will choose to play with me in the future.

The Earth asked and I took a deep breath and said YES! to offering An Invitation to Communion…Are you willing to say YES! too? Join me for this experience of co-creation and communion with the Earth as we clear our fears, judgments, and limitations and Rise Up to create more for all.

This weekend is a celebration of that YES! of the Earth and of the Community of possibilities we can create with the Earth and each other.

I’m grateful to be joined by Greg Burns of who will share his healing soundwork Saturday at 7 pm…perhaps leading us in chanting and then bathing us in sound as he is guided…and Mukanday Moore who will guide us through a Kundalini Yoga experience Sunday at 8 am.  Both of these amazing practitioners are offering their talents for a donation of $10 each.  Bring mats, blankets, cushions as you feel called.

Mukanday met her spiritual teacher, Yogi Bhajan, at the age of 21. From that time, she has lived a life based in the traditions of Kundalini yoga and meditation. Working first on her self, that she may share with others this deeply in-tuning, inspiring process. When she teaches, she makes the teachings of Kundalini yoga real and accessible. Intro, Potluck and Pipe ceremony are free (donations gratefully accepted).  Pipe ceremony will be outside, dress accordingly and bring a camp chair if you desire.
An Invitation to Communion… is offered at $111.  If you feel called and that energy exchange would be a barrier, let’s talk about what else is possible!  Please dress comfortably and in layers as we may be outside some.  Bring your lunch.  Please arrive between 930 and 945 so we won’t disturb the yoga class and can start as planned.  Please Pre-register (even if Sunday morning!) as space is limited.

An Invitation to Communion with the Earth

Please share this as you feel called.

The Earth has asked me to facilitate a class/experience with her.  I’m stepping up.  The date I’ve been guided to is 11/11…in addition to the potency of 11, I’ve also been reminded that 1 is “yes” in binary!  How does it get better than that?  Flyer on the workshop, An Invitation to Communion… is below.

We’re going to start the celebration Saturday, November 10 with an Intro to some combination of the workshop, my current work, and Access Consciousness at 4 pm, community potluck 5-7 pm, and a Sound Bath by Greg Burns at 7.  Before the workshop Sunday, Mukanday Moore will facilitate a Kundalini Yoga set at 8 am and after the workshop, around 4 pm, I will lead a pipe ceremony.  All of these events will be by donation. Space is limited so please pre-register for all but potluck and pipe ceremony (please arrive before 4).

All events will be at Stonecutter’s Cabin, at South River Highlands Country Retreat.  Some of you may recall this was the original site for Antonia’s Celebration of Love...a beautiful space with amazing energy and fond memories!  Accommodations may be available at South River Highlands Country Retreat …reserve early as they are in peak season!

I will also be available for sessions as time permits…Access Bars, Facelift, body process, coaching, and/or my own unique work which Spirit has named “Transdimensional Clearing and Harmonic Alignment.”

I would love to see you for any or all of this celebration!
